What’s your return & exchange policy?

We're sorry you didn't love your NAILOG product. Please contact us at support@nailog.com within 10 days of receiving your order, with your order number and the products you'd like to exchange or return. We will take care of the rest.

To ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers, we are unable to assist with returns or exchange after 10 days. And we can only return or exchange sealed products.

Please note, you will need to bear the return/exchange shipping charges, while your original shipping charges will not be refunded.

 

How long does it take to process a return?

Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to be reflected on your statement.

 

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

We're very sorry about that. If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, please contact us at support@nailog.com and we’ll get you the NAILOG you ordered!

 

What should I do if I receive a broken product?

We're very sorry if you received a broken product. Please contact us at support@nailog.com and we’ll ship you a brand new product.

 

Can I return a product I bought from a third party marketplace?

We’re only able to guarantee the authenticity of products purchased on www.nailog.com. We’re not able to process returns, exchanges or assist with orders otherwise.
